About this role
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors on volume home builds
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts, Drafting, and Estimating teams
- Monitoring schedules, materials, and resources for timely project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S and company standards
- Managing site reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
- Driving productivity, safety, and quality across all sites
Is this you?
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in volume residential construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, OH&S, and site management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
