Introduction
A solid background in MEP procurement, vendor sourcing, and end-to-end supply chain execution within offshore, marine, or heavy industrial projects.
What are you going to do

End-to-End Procurement: Manage RFQ preparation, tender analysis, purchase order (PO) issuance, and contract negotiations for local and overseas suppliers.

Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors for MEP equipment, materials, and specialized engineering services.

Commercial Negotiation & Cost Control: Conduct price benchmarking, quotation analysis, and cost negotiations to optimize project margins.

Logistics & Expediting: Coordinate closely with logistics, QA/QC, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site or yard.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on procurement experience in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, or Heavy Construction/EPCC sectors.

Core Competencies: Proven expertise in MEP/mechanical item sourcing, tender management, contract negotiation, and export-import regulations.

Languages: Business fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Batam.
